I always knew that there was some type of messenger for MAC and I never really had the thought, or the need, to actually search for a mac client.
Anyway, following a customer request, I had to look if tools like OCS was supported under Mac and to be honest I was not really surprised to see that there is a clietn available. The description is as follows:
"Instant face-to-face communication
Built for corporate Mac users on Office Communications Server 2007, Messenger for Mac 7 gives co-workers new ways to communicate easily with each other in different locations or time zones. Additionally, personal users will find a few improvements for managing their contact lists."

They really look great. I was disppointed to learn that the Mac clietns do not connect to enterprise PBX's and can only manage peer-to-peer VoIP calling.
For me, I still feel that the full client rocks!!
