Cisco CUCiMOC and OCS

I was looking around and I found a great post on OCS and CUCIMOC integration. See http://blog.misthos.com/2009/07/cisco-cucimoc.html

My thoughts on the solution is that it is a seperate tab with a softphone. OCS actually provides a softphone so why should the customer pay twice for a softphone. But It does not stop there - there is also paying twice for licensing, presence servers and now also the softphone to call.
