Update for the week

Hi,

The past week has been good. I had many requests with regard to starting pilots on OCS. Obviously the main key area is that of telephony integration.
In many cases this is either using a Dialogic gateway (http://www.dialogic.com/) or if customers have a Nortel PBX, then they choose to use the "converged Office for Communication Server 1000". I have also had requrests for connecting to Cisco's Unified Communications Manager.
Internally within DD, we ahve achieved this so its easy. I am looking forward to having customers experience it. I am sure that once they have it, they will keep it as this screams New world of Work.

We are in the process of conencting Excahnge server 2007 SP1 using a dialogic gateway to Call manager express at a customer. In addition we are also integrating Nortel's cs1000 to OCS. See the solution brief here: www.nortel.com/solutions/unified_communications/collateral/nn123241.pdf
