We were recently working with OCS 2007 R2 and Cisco v7.x integration. A huge downfall is there is no name display when a telephone user calls a Communications Server 2007 user or vice versa.
Microsoft released July fix for OCS 2007 R2 and we tested these updates or the server and the client side. See update KB 971844. Information from KB 972721 help to get the name display.

Ready for UC launch
Today was a busy day and lots of fun and neat stuff was done. I was at a customer today that is eagerly looking forward to implementing Exchange UM connecting to Cisco's Call Manager. We will deliver this to the customer shortly and full steam ahead for Exchange UM.
And now for teh best part, my collague managed to complete the build of a Unified communications demonstration including Cisco Call Manager v6, Cisco's Unified Presence Server (CUPs), Office Communications server 2007, Exchange Server 2007 and the mediation server.
With all of these compoenets fitting together and working like a charm we are ready for the UC launch. All the components work neatly together and with the demo I expect lots of customer attention in the UC space. I will be at one of the UC launches tomorrow so watch this space for an update.
