Live Meeting Logging

If you ever had the need to enabled tracing on Live Meeting for troubleshooting purposes and didn't how how, then here is some guidelines:

1. Go to you registry editor
2. go to HKCU\software\microsoft\tracing\uccp\livemeeting
3. Change the value of enabletracing from 0 to 1. 1 being tracing enabled.
4. the tracing infomration will be by default stored on the useers profile in a folder called tracing.
5. Exit registory and reproduce live meeting error.
6. View the tracing information. Log file looks like below:



Dont forget to change the settings back once you have the infomration that you need.
